1.1. Там есть событие - изминение номера, ЦРМ не хранит что когда то там номер был один а сейчас другой. если номер менялся то можно это обрабатывать и запрещать сохранять например

3. Это надо править отправку по АПИ - откуда она отправляется - это сайт или что то еще, тоесть надо дорабатывать скорее всего само обращение по АПИ
