Насчёт картельного сговора. Попробуйте найти диктора на иврите? За 1 минуту минимум 70 долларов!!! И дешевле нет...))) Умные фрилансеры так и делают - договариваются о единой планке, и все работают по ней. Кто от этого выигрывает? Вопрос риторический. Какой выбор у заказчика? Правильно, только по критерию нравится голос, или нет. Никакого демпинга, и все зарабатывают, и заказчик платит, потому что деваться некуда, ну, или читает сам)))

Будь я заказчиком, который столкнулся с 70 долл за минуту иврита – я бы обошелся красивыми титрами за 0 долл 😋 (конечно, если это не реклама для радио 😂 ).
