Launching an online programming and IT school for children: website, platform, CRM, and automation
Need help launching an online programming and IT school for children and teenagers in Germany.
We already have an offline programming school for children, experience conducting classes, the first online groups, and an understanding of the product. Now we need to properly package the online direction and prepare the technical foundation for scaling.
The goal of the project is to create a working system for the online school, where parents can learn about courses, submit applications, enroll their child in a trial class, pay for education, and the school team can process applications, manage students, schedules, payments, and communication.
Main goal of the project
Create a working system for launching the online school, so that it can:
- attract applications through the website;
- enroll children in trial classes;
- manage online groups;
- accept payments;
- provide access to materials;
- scale the project in the future.
What is already available
- an operating offline programming school for children;
- experience working with students;
- the first online groups;
- understanding of courses and directions;
- a domain for the project;
- a basic understanding of which platforms are being considered;
- a desire to launch the project professionally and scalably.
Expected result
As a result of the work, I want to receive:
- a ready website structure;
- configured or recommended LMS platform;
- connected Bitrix24 application forms;
- basic Bitrix24 CRM structure;
- a clear scheme of the online school's operation;
- course descriptions;
- recommendations for automation;
- if possible — a fully ready system for launching the first online advertising campaign.
Important
I need not just a performer who will "make the website," but a specialist who understands online education, sales funnels, CRM, automation, and can propose the right architecture for the project.
The project should be done in such a way that it can be gradually scaled: first a few online groups, then dozens and hundreds of students.
In the application, please indicate
Please write:
- Do you have experience launching online schools or educational platforms?
- Which platforms do you recommend for such a project and why?
- Can you create the website, CRM, and LMS together or only a separate part?
- What stages of work do you propose?
- How much time will it approximately take to launch the MVP (minimum viable product)?
- Approximate cost of work.
- Examples of similar projects, if any.
Budget
The budget is negotiable.
First, I want to understand the implementation options, timelines, and costs.
A phased launch is possible:
- consultation and technical assignment;
- website / landing page;
- LMS platform;
- CRM;
- automation;
- preparation for advertising and sales.

601 1 0 3 days206 USD▎ Good afternoon! ▎ ▎ You already have the main things — brand, methodology, courses, first groups, and domain. What’s missing is the technical framework "application → trial → payment → access → retention" that can handle growth from a few groups to hundreds of students without rework. That’s what I’m assembling. ▎ ▎ Honestly regarding your questions: ▎ • Experience: I have launched websites + CRM integrations (Bitrix24, forms, funnels) + automation (webhooks, n8n, connections payment system↔CRM↔access to materials). I don’t claim a complete case of "turnkey online school" — I value your time and speak as it is; however, I am confidently assembling the technical foundation for scaling. ▎ • Website + CRM + LMS together — yes, as a unified system, not three pieces that don’t work together later. ▎ • Platforms: Bitrix24 (EU data center) as the CRM core; landing page on WordPress on your domain; LMS — a choice between ready-made SaaS (quick start) and self-hosted (control) based on your budget and growth plan — I will justify with numbers, not preferences. ▎ • Payments for Germany: I will set it up through a merchant-of-record solution (German accounts, VAT, right of withdrawal/cancellation, SEPA+PayPal) — so you won’t have to deal with accounting and legal issues. ▎ ▎ Stages (phased launch, as you want): ▎ 1. Consultation + Technical Specification and architecture (we fix the scheme and platforms) — a separate small stage, so you can assess the approach without risk. ▎ 2. Landing page + application forms in Bitrix24 + registration for the trial. ▎ 3. CRM structure (parent+child, funnel "trial→payment") + automation. ▎ 4. LMS + granting access to materials. ▎ 5. Preparation for the advertising campaign. ▎ ▎ MVP (items 1–3, you can start collecting applications and registering for trials) — approximately 2–3 weeks. Full launch with LMS and automation — 4–6 weeks. ▎ ▎ I work through Safe, in stages — safe for you. I suggest starting with stage 1 (consultation + Technical Specification): on it, you will receive a ready architecture and an exact estimate for the remaining stages, and you will decide whether to proceed. ▎ ▎ Cost: stage 1 (consultation + architecture + Technical Specification) — 120–180 EUR. MVP (items 1–3) — 900–1400 EUR. Full launch — we will discuss based on the Technical Specification. MVP timeframe: 2–3 weeks.

232 18 days287 USDGood day! I have assembled such turnkey solutions — website + Bitrix24 (applications and funnel) + LMS + payment, so I can take everything together, rather than in separate pieces.
I wouldn't build a large system right away. For a school in Germany, a landing page on WordPress with forms directly in Bitrix24, payment through Stripe, and for lessons and access to materials — GetCourse or Moodle, if you want your own without a monthly fee, usually works well. What’s better depends on whether you need auto-reminders for the trial and installment payments.
An MVP (landing page + applications in CRM + payment for the trial + basic student database) can realistically be set up in about two weeks, and then we can develop the LMS and automation further.
I would start with a short consultation and a technical specification so you can see the architecture and stages before making large investments. Please let me know if you need your own LMS or if a ready-made service is okay, and how many courses you plan to start with?

940 5 0 20 days344 USDI can join the launch of the online school step by step.
I have experience with websites, WordPress, application forms, CRM logic, integrations, and project structure. For such a launch, I would not start immediately with a large system, but first create an MVP: website/landing page, applications in Bitrix24, a simple course structure, registration for a trial lesson, and a basic scheme for working with students.
For platforms, I would suggest comparing 2 options:
WordPress + LMS plugin, if control and having your own site are needed;
a ready-made LMS platform, if it is more important to launch quickly and not spend time on development from scratch.
Stages:
…
short audit and structure;
website/landing page;
forms and Bitrix24;
LMS and access to materials;
basic automation of applications and payments.
Budget guideline: from 20,000 UAH, more accurately after choosing the platform and scope.
I will send examples of my work in private messages.

4006 7 1 21 days2865 USDHello!
You need an architect, not a "website": you already have a brand, methodology, courses, initial groups, and a domain — what’s missing is the layer "application → trial → payment → access → retention". I am assembling this, taking into account German requirements, which are usually stumbling blocks.
Architecture (lean-MVP, scaling in layers):
Bitrix24 (.de, data in Frankfurt) — CRM core: forms, "parent+child" linkage, "trial→payment" funnel, automation, WhatsApp/email/telephony.
elopage (merchant-of-record) — German compliant invoices, VAT/§19, PayPal + SEPA + card, mandatory Kündigung/Widerruf buttons "out of the box".
WordPress landing on EU hosting, on your domain.
… Zoom (EU) for live classes, materials — elopage/Classroom. A full LMS will be consciously set up later, as a layer — without migration.
Make.com connects: form→lead, payment→access+welcome.
Responses:
Experience. I haven’t launched a "turnkey" school — honestly. But I have built all its parts: CRM automation (forms→CRM→payment→access, webhooks), landing pages and e-commerce (including with a child audience), bots, and integrations. Phase 1 is small and fixed — judge by the result.
Platforms. Bitrix24 + elopage + WordPress + Zoom EU. The fastest and cleanest DSGVO-compliant path to the first advertisement; scaling without rework.
Website+CRM+LMS. I do everything with one contractor (LMS — in the growth stage). Plus — a unified architecture without losses at the interfaces.
Stages: 0) consultation+specifications; 1) landing+legal pages; 2) Bitrix24/funnel; 3) payment+materials; 4) automation; 5) preparation for advertising; 6) scaling (LMS, dashboards).
MVP: 3–5 weeks to the first advertising campaign.
Cost (EUR, by stages): Phase 1 ~€2,500–5,000; subsequent layers ~€3,000–6,000; pay for a layer when the previous one has earned. Tools ~€150–350/month.
Examples: related works (children's e-commerce, CRM/bots with webhooks) — the same "bricks" of your funnel; screenshots in correspondence.
I will take German requirements into account immediately: DSGVO for children (parent — party to the contract), Widerruf/Kündigung buttons (otherwise Abmahnung), Impressum/Datenschutz/AGB, cookie consent, payment SEPA+PayPal.
I will send the complete phased architecture and estimate in correspondence. I suggest starting with Phase 0 (consultation + specifications).
