🌿 Day 1

🍲 Lunch — mushroom soup and liver salad • Soup: cook dried white mushrooms for 30 minutes, add bay leaf, herbs at the end • Sauté chicken liver with rosemary for 12-15 minutes with a spoon of GHI oil, liver loves oil • Chop the salad: arugula, endive, lettuce leaves, boiled carrots shredded • Dress with mustard and pumpkin seed oil.
🍛 Dinner — warm lentil salad with pumpkin and sheep cheese • Soak lentils in the morning or at least 2-3 hours, then cook for 20 minutes until soft • Cut pumpkin into cubes, bake at 190°C for 20-25 minutes with a spoon of avocado oil (can sprinkle with turmeric for color and aroma) • Mix with sheep cheese and greens, I like cilantro and mint, very aromatic • Dress with pumpkin seed oil. And believe me, this simple dinner tastes fantastic!

🥣 Breakfast — oatmeal with coconut yogurt and nuts • Cook whole or rolled oats (not flakes, they have no benefit) for 15 minutes in water or plant-based milk (oat, almond) • Add a handful of walnuts, almonds, 1-2 tablespoons of coconut yogurt • For flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of honey (optional).
