We need to make some changes to the application located at this address: https://praca60plus.pl/
In general, the application allows you to enter surveys in two paths: firma60plus (blue) and pracownik60plus (red). Each path has several categories and subcategories.
Questions for surveys are taken from the .xls file
Work to be done:
1. Replacing the .xls file from which survey data is taken.
2. Connecting pdf files to buttons on some application screens (4 times)
3. Adding buttons on some application screens and connecting pdf files to them (6 times)
4. adding two screens (graphics are prepared) with a few buttons. Button functionality: when clicked, a list of pdf file names appears to open. Number of such buttons 6.
5. Changing the mechanics on the screen firma/raport/modernizacja/plan modenrizacji
plan modernizacji = karta ergonomiczna stanowiska. After clicking, the side buttons disappear, the header "raport z audytu" disappears, only the header "karta modernzajcji stanowiska" remains. The charts from the previous screen appears, only enlarged, with button "zaplanuj działanie" beside each indicator plus this functionality with the calendar, which is available now. Next to the charts, there is a "print" button.
We still have few other changes related to the mechanics of the application to do, but we will describe and price them separately after we complete the above.
