Need help restoring access to the mobile app in Google Play Console — currently, the status is Suspended due to a copyright infringement complaint.Brief about the product: mobile game "UA Online" (Google Play, package ID com.ua.online; developer account in Play Console — UAOnline). The game has been on Google Play since June 2025, with a peak audience of over 1 million users.What happened: November 5, 2025 — the app was first suspended due to a copyright infringement complaint from a third party. We filed a counter-notice through the official Google Play appeal form — access was restored on January 20-21, 2026. March 17, 2026 — the app was blocked for the second time, due to a similar type of complaint. In Play Console and in a letter from Google Play Support, the status is "Suspended," with the wording "Issue found: Copyright Infringement," referencing the app's page in the Play Store as the "Affected URL." The app has been blocked for over 4 months now.What we have already done and what Google responded: We submitted a counter-notice/appeal through the official Google form (Appeal Web Form) and corresponded with Google Play Support within the open case. Google informed us that the complainant provided evidence of an open court proceeding in Ukraine regarding this product, and in such cases, the standard automatic renewal after a counter-notice does not apply — Google requests documentary confirmation that this proceeding is closed or resolved in our favor. Separately, Google pointed out an alternative route — contacting a certified body for out-of-court dispute resolution (under the European Digital Services Act) or going to court. We sent Google official documents confirming our position via email within the same case — we have not yet received a substantive response regarding the restoration of access. Importantly: Google's message clearly states that the standard review form is available for 6 months from the date of suspension — that is, approximately until mid-September 2026, after which this channel will close.The legal details of why this complaint arose are not the subject of this announcement — we will discuss them if necessary in personal communication with responding contractors.Who we are looking for: a specialist or agency with proven experience working with Google Play Console / Developer Program Policies, ideally — official Google Partner status or experience successfully resolving similar Suspended cases through official Google channels (Appeal Web Form, support for Google Play partners, DSA mechanism, etc.). We are a DTC wellness brand, selling dietary supplements to the US market via subscription, and the app serves as an assistant that gets to know the customer better, collects their data for further mailing, which will remind them to take the supplements (AM/PM), mark intake in the calendar, and show progress. We are looking for an iOS developer to create an app similar to Mindly, to work closely with our backend developer. Currently, there is no separate design, as I want to create an MVP as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. I suggest using a minimalist interface with standard UI components, without individual design. The logic and layout of elements in Mindly can be used as a basis: a central node, child nodes around it, simple navigation between nodes. There is no need to copy the design exactly; it is enough to implement a similar UX. After launching the MVP and validating the idea, a separate UI/UX can be created to improve the visual part. The user creates a central topic, adds subtopics to it, and navigates between them. Only one level of the tree is displayed on the screen at a time: the active node in the center and its immediate child nodes around it. ⸻ Main functionality of the MVP 1. Creating a map After opening the app, the user can create a new map. Only one field is needed: Map title. After creation, a root node is automatically created. ⸻ 2. HelpMap is an application that helps people find assistance nearby, offer help to others, post paid tasks, and offer their own services. The main idea of the application is as follows: A person in need of help can find users willing to assist on the map; A person who wants to earn money or help others can see published tasks on the map; Users and companies can post their services; Users can communicate in a private chat; After completing a task, the parties can rate and leave feedback. In terms of functionality, the application should resemble Uber, but instead of searching for a car, the user searches for an assistant, performer, or suitable service. The application should be simple and understandable for people of all ages. The interface should be modern, user-friendly, and not overloaded.2. Platforms The application should work on: Android; iOS. It is preferable to use a common development technology for both platforms, such as Flutter or React Native. However, the performer may propose another option if they can explain its advantages. It is also necessary to provide for the server part of the application, database, photo storage, notification sending, and an administrative panel.
