Technical task for the copywriter
Goal: Rewrite the text for the Telegram bot so that it imitates live communication. The text should be formal but very friendly and supportive.
Task description:
It is necessary to adapt the text for the Telegram bot in such a way that each message sounds like communication with a real person, not an automated program. The bot should convey warmth, care, and support to users.
Key tasks:
1. Tone and style:
• Friendliness and support: The text should be warm and motivating. Use phrases that demonstrate genuine interest and a desire to help. For example: «I am here to help you, let's solve this together».
• Clarity and formality: Maintain a professional tone, but without excessive formality. Communication should be clear and natural.
• Empathy: It is important for the bot to express understanding and support in difficult situations. For example: «I understand that this may be difficult for you. Let's try to find a solution together».
2. Personalization:
• If possible, address the user by name and adapt responses to the specific situation. For example: «Olena, you have already taken a big step by reaching out for help. Don't give up!».
3. Message structure:
• Greeting: Start each message with a friendly greeting or acknowledgment that the bot has «heard» the user.
• Main part: Clearly provide information or recommendations, always remaining on the user's side.
• Conclusion: End the message with encouragement or an offer of additional help. For example: «If something goes wrong, you can always reach out to me again!».
4. Review and improvement:
• Review and edit the existing text to avoid template phrases that may seem soulless.
• Use positive formulations instead of negative ones to maintain an optimistic tone.
5. Example of text transformation:
• Before: «Your request has been accepted. Expect processing.»
• After: «I received your message! I will check what can be done and will get back to you soon with a response.»
6. The bot is in 3 languages: Ukrainian, English, Russian. You can use Shy 🤖 or a translator.
