Hello, the deadline and price for completing such a set of drawings - Google Drive is from 40 days at a cost of €15/m2 of the total area of the building after reconstruction. The final price and time will be confirmed after agreement. €27,000 is the maximum rate allowed in the price category; the work price will be higher. I work on a partial prepayment basis. The final terms will be discussed and agreed upon.

For the design, a topographic survey of the site and the adjacent area up to 15-20 meters from the site boundaries is required at a scale of 1:500. The survey must be new, no more than one year old at the time of submission to the architecture department of the local self-government - the design and approval of the project will take 1.5 months + 1-2 months accordingly.
