Client request and point A

The client tried to attract people through recommendations, word of mouth, etc., without success. Over a month of downtime, salary payments, utility expenses, and the result is 0, while our budget is $300-350 (the service price is higher than the monthly budget).

Therefore, our goal was to understand why this is happening, what to do next, and how to move forward to get 3 people for accommodation in the first month.

What we did:

- Analyzed the market and competitors, understood that the advantages over competitors include larger teams, bigger budgets, websites, years of experience in the market — all of which we lack.
- Analyzed what we can do, where we can be better, and where we can engage better with clients or even showcase our advantages over them (this was indeed the case, as this niche hides many pitfalls).
- Developed an advertising strategy and followed it. Within a week, we received the first feedback, understood where to move correctly, and which direction and which part of the funnel works and yields results.
Point B:

Faced a large number of nuances and troubles, yet we found our target audience; overall, the niche is quite interesting and initially was quite challenging (considering that we had absolutely nothing and a small budget), but as soon as the first inquiries came in, everything went very smoothly.
Results for the month:
Advertising budget: ± $350

Cost per initiated conversation: ± $3.5

Number of initiated conversations: over 160

In a month, we closed 9 clients from targeted advertising, and also 5 from other sources.
