Project: translation of an article about choosing CRM for business from Ukrainian to Russian and English.
Client's task:
The client clearly stated: the text will go on the website, so it must sound natural, without a machine style, and be understandable for entrepreneurs and managers.
How the work went:
… When I first opened the text, I immediately noticed: this is not just an article, but material that should genuinely help people. I wanted the reader to feel the logic and meaning of each paragraph, rather than just reading a set of words.
· First, I carefully reread the original and the technical assignment. The client asked to maintain the structure, terminology (CRM, integration, UX/UI), and for the text to be easy to perceive. I thought, "Okay, here not only accuracy is important, but also a lively tone."
· During the translation into Russian, I constantly caught moments where a "calque" could appear and tried to find lively, natural formulations so that the text sounded as if it were written by a native speaker.
· During the translation into English, I tried to maintain a business style, but without complex constructions — so that a manager or entrepreneur could quickly understand the essence and take the advice on board.
· I separately checked the terms and key concepts because the CRM topic is very sensitive: one incorrect translation of a term can confuse the reader.
Result:
Two translations were produced that:
accurately convey the meaning of the original;
maintain the logic and structure (introduction, 5 criteria, conclusion);
sound natural for native speakers;
and most importantly — read as if written by a living person, not a machine.
The client received ready-to-publish texts that could be immediately inserted onto the website. No "machine traces," just living language and a lively tone, where even small phrases convey emotion and simplicity of perception.

Automatic translation (Google Translate) — dry, technical, emotionless. Everything is precise but cold, like a mechanical machine: it conveys meaning, but not feeling. It shows the system’s basic work — fast, but soulless.
Humanized translation manually (native speaker, lively style) — text with soul, easy to read, while accurately conveying the original meaning.
