Задача:
1. Заполнить поле ИНН в bitrix для существующих пользователей
а) Данная информация не должна отображаться в профиле bitrix
б) Для определения пользователя можно использовать поле 1с: “phones”
2. Реализовать синхронизацию данных по ИНН
а) Если пользователь меняет данные в профиле bitrix - передавать пулл измененных данных в 1с
3. В зависимости от полученного статуса из 1с (Уволен / работает) = применять тот же статус для сотрудника в bitrix
