I need to write a script for After Effects that will create a glitch effect
based on this tutorial

it has only 4 parameters
TONE - KEY TONE (from which the dispersion on the color wheel occurs)
COLOR VIBRANCE - dispersion from the lowest brightness level to the brightest as in the video
GLITCH SIZE - the distance of the glitches from the processed element
FRACTION SIZE - sizes of the glitches
GLITCH LENGTH - Duration of the effect. From 1.5 seconds to 3 seconds
1. The script randomly breaks the layer it is applied to into masks completely covering the entire processed element
2. applies Triton to them with all three colors specified in the TONE parameter
and each of them deviates randomly in the color field
3. covers with masks, each of which has a unique shape
like in the video, the selected layer and places them randomly over time
the length of the effect from 1 to 4 seconds is specified in the GLITCH LENGTH parameter
the script should be installed in the windows menu using the .zxp installer
and be in .zxp format
the graphic file is made in illustrator
all elements need to be rendered separately or I can provide them in the required format
