It is necessary to familiarize yourself with my research (which I will send you in personal messages after you place a bid or send me a message regarding this task), find additional information about competitors, supplement the existing information, and, if necessary, adjust my text regarding competitors in the business plan for the grant. Specifically: for those competitors, you will need to answer the question: "describe your key competitors, highlighting their strengths and weaknesses". Mainly, these are local individual entrepreneurs (in Kryvyi Rih), for whom I could not find and analyze information on my own.
Regarding the target audience of my business.
Target audience at the beginning:
Landowners who are looking for professional assistance in land management issues, document processing related to land plots and other real estate, land plot division, etc.
Farmers engaged in peasant farming who need help with surveying, cartography, establishing land plot boundaries, land management, and other aspects of land management.
In a random sample, the difference by gender among owners of individual residential houses is insignificant (60% – women and 40% – men). These are mainly older people (over 45 years old). People aged 18 to 25 are often co-owners of residential houses, and other co-owners of these houses are their parents or older relatives of working age. It is these latter individuals who take on the responsibility of searching for services in the field of land management. A similar situation exists with people over 65 years old – the search for services is usually handled by their children or other relatives. Children or relatives often also seek help in finding contractors for land management work from realtors, or during the process of formalizing property rights, they are directed to a land management organization by a notary or a state registrar of property rights.
Target audience for the future (in addition to the above):
Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who need assistance in processing documents for land (existing development) and interacting with government bodies. A separate group consists of gardening societies.
Individuals (citizens) have lower purchasing power than legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. But I want to focus specifically on individuals (citizens) because the demand for land management services is quantitatively greater among them.
Regarding who will read the result of my task - ordinary people who review business plans and make decisions about grant allocations (Grant for veterans and their family members).
My requirements: the information must be complete and understandable. The conclusions must also be clear to ordinary people.
