I can build this automation through Make: I will connect KeyCRM via webhook or API, which is triggered when an order is created, set up the sending of a message first in Viber, add a delivery status check (delivered/failed), and if Viber does not work — I will automatically send the same message in WhatsApp. The manager will receive a notification only if both channels did not work or the client responded with something unusual. The main difficulty here is to correctly set up the delivery check in Viber and the automatic switch to WhatsApp if the message did not go through.
