1. Task
To collect publications from the corporate Facebook page published the previous day and based on them create a draft post for LinkedIn focusing on the activities of my department. Send the result to Telegram for review and editing.
2. Proposed solution using Make.com
2.1. Collecting posts from Facebook
• Use the Facebook Make.com module
• Frequency: once a day (for example, at 08:00).
• Collect all posts from the last 24 hours, including text, links, and media.
• Save media files to Google Drive
2.2. Data storage
• Organize information storage in Google Sheets
2.3. Organizing a knowledge base on the department's activities
• Within the project, it is necessary to create a simple and convenient knowledge base containing key theses and areas of work of my department.
• Database format:
• Google Drive (folder with text files by topics)
• The database should be easily supplemented and edited manually.
• When generating text, the knowledge base is used in the prompt so that GPT creates related text tied to the department's activities.
2.4. Text generation through GPT
• Use the OpenAI module in Make.com.
• When forming a request in GPT, use:
• Link to the publication
• Brief message of the publication
• Key theses from the department's knowledge base (automatically pulled from Google Drive).
• Obtain a draft post in a structured form)
2.5. Sending to Telegram
• Create a Telegram bot.
• One message should arrive in Telegram containing:
• Link to the original publication
• Generated structured draft post
• Attached media files (images or videos from the original publication)
3. Result
• Automatic daily collection of posts.
• Formation of post drafts based on the department's activities.
• Sending a ready structured message with media files to Telegram.
• The knowledge base is available for self-updating.
