I can implement this as a separate Python integration module: retrieving data from the supplier's API, normalizing fields, mapping to the OpenCart structure, creating new products, updating existing items, basic photo processing, error logging, and scheduling. For such tasks, it is critically important to immediately establish the correct product identification, update logic, and duplicate control, especially in the automotive parts theme, where the article number, brand, and characteristics directly affect the quality of synchronization.
I do not offer a template solution for API analysis because, in practice, reliability here is determined not by the name of the tool, but by how correctly the data model, update rules, error handling, and integration structure with OpenCart are built. This allows for not just a one-time import, but a stable working process.
In the implementation, I lay down an architecture with the possibility of expansion: markup rules, additional fields, new suppliers, changing synchronization frequency, separate processing of stock and photos without reworking the core.
