I need a designer with a good portfolio and experience in graphic design, proficient in professional tools, styles, standards, etc. Under my guidance, we need to develop a group of banners and slides consisting of 3 subgroups. Each group should be executed in its own style. However, all three groups must be in one palette (with color inversion for different groups) - and should look like one design system. (1) We will start by creating prototypes for all three "lines" (3 prototypes), refining and approving them. (2) Next, we will develop and approve the design for an example image for one line. We will create at least 3 identical ones, and then for this line. (3) The next step is to develop the design for an example from the second group. After that - the 2nd and 3rd examples for this group. (4) The same goes for the third group. (5) After that, we will produce all other images and slides. But this will be easier, as a design system will be established for repetition in new images. Here, the illustrator can rely on their vision and how the overall composition will look best. A separate wish is that everything should look "alive" and not give the impression of copy-pasting. For example, the trees should differ slightly from each other, the flowers should be different, and the bushes and clouds should also have their own characteristics. It is not necessary to make each element completely unique, but I would like to avoid obvious repetition of identical objects. Characters The banner should feature four characters: green red pig sheep The main characters are red and green, so it is important that they are clearly visible and in the foreground, rather than getting lost at the edges or in the background. Their positioning and poses can be changed at the illustrator's discretion if it makes the composition look more interesting and harmonious. At the same time, the red and green characters must remain in their signature colors, as this is an important part of their image and recognizability. You can work with shadows, light, and shades within these colors, but overall the red character should remain red, and the green should remain green. I would like the title to be clearly visible and at the same time fit organically into the overall composition of the banner. For the text design, you can refer to the reference, but it is not necessary to repeat it exactly.
