We have a ready BIM model of the construction object. It needs to be:
- "cleaned" (removed) of small, inconspicuous details with a large number of polygons, retopologized (for proper texture mapping) and remeshed (to reduce the number of polygons, and clean up their overlapping) details that will occupy a large space.
Work on textures.

Work on lighting.
