- Console application.
- “make” file to compile application.
- Language/libraries: C or C++ on your choice, usage of additional libraries or 3 rd party
code is prohibited. For threading, networking should be used platform-depended API.
(details can be discussed individually with assigned mentor).
- Application should be cross-compile, e.g. should be compilable on Linux OS (Ubuntu
18.04) and Windows OS (Windows 10) without any code modifications.
It's allowed to use C99 and C11 for C.
It's allowed to use C++11, C++14, C++17 and C++20(if compiler supports it) for C++
Application logic must be divided from Network and System API.
- Platform dependent code must be in separate module.
- Network dependent code must be in separate module.
task:
Client/Server application to see user screens on remote host.
- Client has to make "print-screen" each 60 seconds.
- All screens must be stored in client app folder.
- Each screen name consists of date, when it has been taken + number of screen.
Ex: 21.07.2018_15.png 21.07.2018_16.png ...etc
- Server can request screens by those names.
- File must be transferred to server via 5555 port.
