Budget: 7000 UAH Deadline: 4 days

Hello. I looked at your task. I will say right away that I understand the specifics, as I have dealt with similar tasks before: I structured technical specifications, extracted data from supplier protocols, and compiled this into the correct drafts for export. Therefore, I understand how such a document should look to avoid problems at customs or with regulatory authorities.

Here’s how I propose to structure the work:
First, we will create the first (pilot) declaration in Ukrainian. I will gather the correct template strictly according to Annex IV of the regulation, detailing all temperature regimes, contact conditions with food, etc. For this, it will be 3000 UAH.
Once we approve the standard, the rest of the materials will go quickly, as only the types of polymers and specific migration limits will change. For each subsequent one, it will be 800 UAH.
A proper professional translation into English will be 500 UAH each.

One important clarification before we start: do you have certificates/declarations from the manufacturers of your raw materials (granules, additives) or laboratory test protocols? Because we will need to take data on the migration limits of substances from there.
Let’s start with one, agree on all the details, and if you like everything, we will complete the others.

Budget: 8000 UAH Deadline: 5 days

Good day. I am ready to take your project into work. I have an understanding of the European legislative framework regarding packaging materials, particularly the requirements for compiling the DoC according to Annex IV of Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 and the basic Regulation 1935/2004.
My work will involve not just writing text, but developing the correct legal template that will include all 9 mandatory points (identification of the manufacturer, materials, references to test protocols, usage specifications regarding food types, time and temperature, as well as the ratio of surface area to volume). The finished documents will be designed in a strict minimalist corporate style, ready for signing and sending to your European partners.
I propose the following workflow:
You send me the input data for the first material (preferably with a migration test protocol, so I can include real parameters).
I develop a standard Declaration in Ukrainian. The cost of developing and formatting the first document is 500 UAH.
We agree on all details, and you approve the structure.
After that, I scale the document for the remaining 25-30 materials and make a professional translation of the entire package into English. The cost of the entire package will be discussed after the submission of the first document (depending on how similar the data will be).
I am ready to start working on the first declaration today. I am waiting for the input data regarding the first material.
What format of output data is usually most convenient to ask from such clients, so that it is easier for you to copy text from the phone — should I ask them to fill out a table in Google Sheets right away or let them send files?
