Функциональные обязаности:
- Разработка и реализация стратегии коммуникации с аудиториями через связку каналов;
- Создание автоматизации с помощью новых сценариев или оптимизация уже существующих;
- Работа с сегментами и массивами данных о пользователях;
- Анализ поведения потребителей для создания максимально персонализированных сообщений для каждого сегмента;
- Проведение А/В тестирования, анализ разных маркетинг-кампаний, определение наиболее активных, или предоставление рекомендации по их улучшению;
- Создание писем, запуск рассылок;
- Измерение и анализ результатов, подготовка маркетинговых гипотез на будущие периоды;
- Достижение плановых показателей по всем каналам;
- Создание медиа-планов рассылок и сценариев вовлечения пользователей;
- Поддержание и доработка цепочек писем и триггерных рассылок;
- СМС, email рассылки;
- Создание шаблонов рассылок;
- Анализ эффективности рассылок;
- Поддержка и доработау цепочек писем и рассылок;
Требования:
- Опыт построения воронок и WorkFlow
- Владение методиками и инструментами анализа продаж или маркетинговой активности;
- Опыт работы с CRM-системами;
- Навык написания технических заданий на доработку / разработку функционала;
- Умение составлять бизнес-планы;
- Аналитические способности, умение структурировать информацию;
- Опыт работы в fintech будет преимуществом
- Понимание работы СПАМ-фильтров
- Знание основ HTML, JSON, верстки будет плюсом
- Ответственность, порядочность, собранность.
