Доработка интеграции Битрикс24 и Бинотел
Есть портал, на нем подключена стандартная интеграция с Бинотел.
При входящем звонке от нового клиента на портале создается Лид. Автоматически в карточке Лида устанавливается Ведущим Администратор, от имени которого настраивалась интеграция.
Необходимо решить следующую задачу:
при поступлении звонка от нового клиента создавать лид и автоматически устанавливать Ведущим не Администратора, а сотрудника, который фактически принял звонок.
Информация о том, кто из сотрудников принял звонок сейчас фиксируется в карточке Телефонного звонка.
