    Штатно через Ethernet нельзя  давать индивидуальные АТ-команды на GSM-модем. Задача научить  роутер этом

    Возле желтых портов, 4 штыря можно подключить через ttl - USB. 

    Не уверен на сто процентов но через сетевой кабель по telnet можно открыть подобие линукс терминала
