It is necessary to make a verbatim transcription of an audio file lasting 30 minutes and 55 seconds, including all filler words such as: um, well, etc.
Format:
- Interviewer: abbreviated as I: ...
- Respondent: abbreviated as R: ...
During the transcription, it is also necessary to indicate the emotions of the parties and pauses, noting them in parentheses, for example: (laughs); (smiles); (speaks sadly); (with indignation); (awkwardly); (thoughtfully); if there is a long pause — (silent); if there is a short pause — (pause), etc.
Be sure to write correctly! Use all punctuation marks!
Text formatting:
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font size: 12
- Line spacing: normal (not increased)
If something is hard to hear or completely unclear, indicate the time [time-code] in square brackets with an explanation, for example: (unclear), (hard to hear), (connection interrupted), etc. But please listen to the problematic places several times and try to decipher them.
Format according to the template that will be sent in personal correspondence or agreed upon during the preparation of the technical task (TT).
Language of transcription:
- If the interlocutors switch to Russian — write in Russian.
- If they switch to Ukrainian — write in Ukrainian.
- If they speak Surzhyk — transcribe verbatim in Surzhyk, without editing.
