Дубль | автозадачи в amoCRM
Добрый день.
Мы используем amoCRM, и поставили автозадачу на входящий звонок.
Теперь, когда клиенты начинают повторно обращаться стало очень много автозадач и на старых закрытых и на реализованных сделках и на новых активных (выходит так, что 1 клиент может иметь 3-4 нереализованные сделки, 2 успешно реализованные, 1 активную и на каждую сделку падает автозадача)
Нужна помощь в решении этого вопроса.

попробуйте сами решить, добавив, напр., поле Статус в сделку. Автозадачу назначайте лишь на определенные статусы
