We are looking for an e-mail marketer who will help establish systematic communications with clients and partners for an informational marketing hub with several types of users.
The key and immediate task for the candidate will be to quickly build marketing chains and a user interaction map using Brevo, without causing delays in the platform's launch.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of an e-mail marketing strategy for different audience segments (merchants, providers, partners).
- Building a systematic retention map with email chains for customer return for each of the platform's roles.
- Preparation and launch of regular e-mail campaigns: newsletters, digests, automated chains (welcome series, onboarding, retention).
- A/B testing of email subjects, content, and design.
- Analysis of the effectiveness of mailings (opens, clicks, conversions) and continuous optimization.
- Segmentation of the database and working with personalized content.
- Preparation of content in collaboration with editors and designers.
- Integration of e-mail mailings with CRM and other tools.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in e-mail marketing.
- Knowledge and practical experience with digital content automation systems (Brevo / Customer.io / Mailchimp, UniSender or similar).
- Ability to independently configure outgoing mail servers for warm and cold mailings.
- Ability to work with databases, segmentation, and personalization.
- Understanding of deliverability principles.
- Proficient Russian language, good knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset, independence, ability to propose and implement improvements.
