I carefully studied the attached video. Face replacement (Deepfake) and synchronization of the translated voiceover (LipSync) are feasible, but there is an important technical nuance with the text.

The embedded inscriptions ("THIS IS MY HOUSE" and subtitles) are very large and overlap the complex background (reflections in the glass, moving clothing, grass texture). Programmatic removal of such text will inevitably leave blurry spots and distortions. To make the final video look professional, I suggest three options:
The ideal option: you provide the raw source of this video without the overlay text, and I will create a clean deepfake and lipsync on the original material.
The second option - since we are translating the voiceover into another language anyway, I can completely cover the old Russian inscriptions with new, stylish typography in the language you need. The new words and banners will hide the original text.
And the last option: I will completely regenerate the video sequence using modern neural networks. We will recreate the scenes with the desired face and environment from scratch, resulting in absolutely clean frames without artifacts from the old text, onto which the new voiceover will fit perfectly.
