Event Operations Platform
557 USD Task: create a stylish app design for the company with a theme and color scheme that can be used for various events. The first event is participation in a sports competition in the city. The functionality should be universal, applicable to events that will be organized in the future by the XX team in different locations.
Access Types:
- Creator - has rights to change the design, create events
- Admin - grants authorization for access to information for other users
- XX team - access to information about events + access to chat, access to information about selected guests and VIP guests
- XX guests - individual access. The minimum access set - information about the event without access to information about other guests
- VIP guests - access to information about their hotel and transfer bookings
1. Login Process
QR Code
Idea: At the time of registration, a questionnaire can be created: 1) name 2) company 3) participation in the main event - venue 1, venue 2 4) dates of stay in the city 5) did you book a hotel for these dates yourself. Then, the information goes for approval to the admin, who determines the user's access type.
2. Meeting at the airport (VIP Guests & XX Team Only)
The admin selects users who see the options for transport arrival times (organized in advance), the person clicks on the most suitable one for them, and the admin sees their choice.
3. Restaurants
The admin assigns guests to restaurants. Each guest sees only one restaurant, its menu, and description. A responsible person from the XX Team is assigned to each restaurant (who also handles payment at the end of the meal). It is necessary to show how many seats are available in real-time.
4. Bus Transfer
Provide clickable options: 9:30, 10, 10:30, so the admin can see the guest's choice. The guest selects a time, and the bus is assigned automatically. The admin should have the function to enter the vehicle registration number. Also, there should be an option to show a photo of the bus's location (pre-uploaded by the admin). The admin can add people to the bus. A notification must be sent before departure.
5. Q&A Section
Rules & regulations, entertainment, emergency contacts, city guide. A search function in the section may be useful. A section that can be modified depending on the event. We will write the script for this section ourselves.
6. Live Chat
Guests can write to a representative of XX. The chat history is saved for a maximum of 2 weeks. If possible, add AI Chat - *How much time/additional costs may be required to create this function?
7. Tabs
Notification of changes in the schedule should come in real-time. There may be a separate tab ‘Announcements’ for these purposes. For example: tabs at the bottom of the screen - 1. Main Page (schedule + q&a about the city), 2. Events (you go there, and specific hotel and restaurant bookings are visible) 3. chat with the admin, notifications will come here 4. Transfers
