Main Tasks of the Consultant
✅ Analysis of the company profile and key employees – what needs to be changed to improve effectiveness.
✅ Consultation on LinkedIn algorithms – how content ranking and contact engagement work.
✅ Development of a content strategy – which posts, articles, videos can attract more leads.
✅ Recommendations for lead generation – how to search for and interact with potential clients.
✅ Overview of automation tools – which services can improve work efficiency.
✅ Team training – mini-training or workshop on using LinkedIn for recruitment.
Candidate Requirements
✔️ Experience of 2 years in B2B promotion through LinkedIn.
✔️ Deep understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and growth strategies.
✔️ Experience in consulting companies on using LinkedIn for sales or recruitment.
✔️ Knowledge of automation tools (Expandi, Zopto, LinkedHelper, etc.).
✔️ Experience in writing effective content to attract clients.
✔️ Ability to set up advertising on LinkedIn – will be an advantage.
