По достижению максимального значения амплитуда РЕЗКО возвращается в "0". Длительность периода должна превышать в 4 и более раз длительность самого импульса.

4.Предел изменения пауз в сигнале?
5.Тип регулирования дискретный (цифровой) или аналоговый?
6.Допустимый уровень шумов в сигнале?
7.Какая схема формирования предпочтительней- цифровая или аналоговая?

Небольшое замечание - функция exp(x) стартует из бесконечности, в аналоговом исполнении будет означать шумовое возбуждение импульса, что не айс. Надо вероятно наложить на экспоненту небольшой линейный добавок, чтобы избежать нестабильности.
В цифровом варианте можно взять микроконтроллер с DAC и запрограммировать любую форму сигнала, но решение явно не бюджетное.
Аналоговое решение хорошо представляю (4 ОУ, несколько транзисторов...), но увы, я не в Украине..
