We need a specialist, not someone who will do what everyone else does for a conditional bid of 5-10k, but someone who is willing to earn together with us, according to the results, that is, someone who is confident in their competence and skills. Therefore, we offer either a percentage of additional sales at a defined ROAS, or a minimum bid and a percentage of additional sales (growth) and bonuses for achieving target sales indicators based on the defined ROAS. Conditionally, if our starting sales are 50k, then we calculate the percentage not from the conditional 100k, but from 100-50=50k, which the performer achieved through their own work.
If you are satisfied with quality work based on results, and not just receiving a bid because you somehow set something up and the result is not your responsibility, then we will gladly discuss cooperation with you.
The indicated bid is conditional; we are ready to consider various payment options, but on the condition that your request will pay off with your work and bring the company growth and several times higher income than the expenses on you as a specialist. We are for a fair approach, we are not looking for a person who does not care about the project and what will happen to it after their own settings, as well as someone who is ready to manage the project on a permanent basis or support it from time to time. We are for long, honest, and fruitful cooperation.
