We have been working with this channel for several years, and there is a history of great, good, and not-so-good results. Currently, there are two campaigns that show ROAS of 350-500 over short periods, but these are very short-term, with no stability in results, alternating with failures recently in the range of 50-200.

Requirements:

1. Eliminate all issues that are dragging ROAS down. 

2. Ensure stable results in views/clicks/conversions with ROAS indicators of 350-500

3. Complete 100% setup of the advertising account. 

4. Identify positions that are dragging ROAS down, unprofitable ones, provide their list, separate them into a dedicated campaign or transfer them to one of the existing ones. 

5. Add negative keywords

6. Make a list of products that need priority correction in titles, descriptions, photos, etc. (top sellers). 

7. Stay in touch, respond promptly (not instantly, of course, but without waiting all day, within reasonable timeframes).

8. Review reports from previous periods, identify when and at what expense the highest sales and ROAS occurred, and help return to those results.  

We need a specialist who is not just willing to do what is needed for a conditional rate of 5-10 thousand, but someone who is willing to earn together with us, based on results, i.e., confident in their competence and skills. Therefore, we offer either a percentage of additional sales at a specified ROAS, or a minimum rate plus a percentage of additional sales (growth) and bonuses for achieving target sales figures based on the set ROAS indicator. Conditionally, if our initial sales are 50k, then we calculate the percentage not from 100k, but from 100-50=50k, which the performer achieves through their own work. 

If you are satisfied with quality work focused on results, rather than just receiving a rate because you somehow set things up and got results - then this is not your responsibility, we are happy to discuss cooperation with you.

The indicated rate is conditional; we are open to different payment options, but on the condition that your work will pay off and bring growth to the company, generating income many times greater than your costs as a specialist. We believe in a fair approach; we are not looking for someone who doesn’t care about the project or what happens after their setup, and who is ready to manage the project permanently or support it from time to time. We are for long-term, honest, and fruitful cooperation. 
Flexible in approaches and agreements. 

Attention - we only cooperate with Ukrainian-speaking performers. Please do not send rates or messages in the language of the occupier. Also, please familiarize yourself with the terms of cooperation; the rate is conditional because, despite a detailed profile of the performer, some still send rates from "bidders" who are not willing to take responsibility for their own work. Budgets of 10-20+ thousand are not interesting to us; we are willing to pay even 50k for results. Paid audits - thank you, not interested. 

Once again, please do not send rates if you are not ready to work under the above conditions; you will just waste our time and yours.
