Вітаю. Для чого розробляти інтеграцію з BAS? Можливості писати в групи по АПІ немає ні в ТГ ні у Вайберу чи іншого месенджера.
Простіше взяти систему яка уже має інтеграції з месенджерами та соц мережами та використовувати її в звʼязці з BAS.
До прикладу для комунікації з клієнтами обрати KeyCRM, це буде простіше та швидше врази.
