The site is developed on WordPress, forms work on scripts, not Contact Form 7.
The existing functionality (code) for sending an email upon request should remain - let the lead go to CRM, and still to email.

We transfer the name and phone as separate fields, and the rest of the information (whatever is there - text, installments, payments, URL) - in note.
For different forms, it is desirable to set a mark/parameter, there are three forms on the site: installments, plans, and general, accordingly, you can specify site_credit, site_plan, and site_bid.
