Делаем ремонт кондиционеров по 10 городам. В каждом городе свои мастера.
По каждому городу 1 номер для общения с клиентом. 1 номер для общения с мастером.
Используем звонки + смс.
Лид: менеджер по продажам ведет общение только с клиентом.
Сделка: общение с клиентом и мастеров, которого закрепили за данным клиентом. То есть в карточке лида менеджер может писать с номера для клиентов, диспетчер может писать с номеров для мастеров. Все переписка+звонки видны в правой строное карточки Сделки. Клиенты из Мастера - Контакты.
Нужно настроить в Б24 и в twilio.
Настройку полей, прав, всего-всего сделаем сами. Нужно только звонки+смс.
