Budget: 900 USD Deadline: 15 days
Good day!
The task is serious and correct — it is important here not just to "lay out the components," but to create a structure that can actually be assembled in production without surprises.
I am ready to take on the full cycle of internal engineering of the case 👇
What I will do:
• internal layout of all components (PCB, display, speakers, cooling)
• develop a fastening system (pins, screws, fasteners) taking tolerances into account
• think through heat dissipation (air channels, positioning of radiators)
• ensure precise alignment of ports (USB, Type-C, power, etc.)
• prepare a model for DFM (casting / CNC: thicknesses, slopes, tolerances)
At the output:
• complete 3D assembly (.STEP)
• internal architecture diagram for the manufacturer
• 2D drawings with dimensions and tolerances
• BOM for fasteners
• logical and clean structure of the model (so that production does not ask "extra" questions)
I work with similar tasks where it is important not only how it looks but also how it assembles, does not overheat, and does not break on the first batch.
Cost: $900
Deadline: 12–20 days
We can start with a quick layout stage to immediately agree on the logic before detailing — this saves a lot of time and money on revisions.
