IPTV player под linux (c, cpp, qt)

Ищется толковый программист (или команда), для разработки iptv player под linux (arm)
Программа минимум:
- простейший GUI
- проигрывание hls/mpegts
- отображение программы передач
Дальнейшная доработка плюшек. Бюджет обсуждаемый.
Не проблема, если за основу взять что-то из open source

Берите VLC не прогадаете, сделать к ними плагин и скин не составит труда. Как то на ходу им даже рекламу в realtime поток с DVB врезали.
