We are looking for a Meta Ads + Google Ads / Merchant Center Specialist for Umetalli — a manufacturer of welding
tables in Finland and Sweden.
Task:
Manage and optimize paid promotion for FI/SE: Meta Ads + Google Ads Search/Shopping +
Merchant Center.
Target audience:
B2B/B2G and partially B2C: welding workshops, metal processing, small manufacturers, vocational
schools, procurement managers, technical directors, hobby workshops.
We have analytics on audience, orders, countries, clients, products, and advertising channels — everything
will be provided to the contractor.
What needs to be done:
- Manage Meta Ads: Facebook / Instagram or similar.
- Set up retargeting for website visitors, cart, product views.
- Test audiences in FI/SE: welding, metal processing, workshop owners, small manufacturers.
- Launch Google Ads Search or similar for queries: hitsauspöytä, svetsbord, welding table and
similar.
- Set up Google Shopping / Performance Max or similar.
- Work with Google Merchant Center or similar.
- Check the product feed from Shopify or similar.
- Set up conversions through GA4 / Google Tag Manager or similar.
- Prepare briefs for creatives: photos/videos of welding tables, accessories, production.
- Create weekly reports on expenses, clicks, leads, sales, ROAS/CAC.

Expected results:
- Stable operation of Meta Ads without drops in leads/sales.
- Launch Google Search + Shopping for FI/SE.
- Correct product feed in Merchant Center.
- Set up conversion tracking.
- Clear weekly report: spend, CPC, CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS.
- After the test period — reduction in lead/sale cost and increase in applications from paid traffic.
Must-have:
- Experience with Meta Ads for e-commerce.
- Experience with Google Ads Search / Shopping.
- Experience with Merchant Center and product feeds.
- Understanding of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work with GA4 / GTM or similar.
- Ability to analyze numbers, not just "run ads".
Would be a plus:
- Experience with B2B / industrial / tools / equipment niches.
- Experience with the markets of Finland / Sweden / Nordic.
- Experience promoting high-ticket items.
- Understanding of retargeting for B2B and small business audiences.
