The assessment of the first stage is 45,000 UAH and up to 10 working days. In this stage, I would include diagnostics of JS conflicts, fixing the cart, checking the B2B scenario, bundles, switches, and a basic CRO audit with corrections in the duplicate theme.
I would start by reproducing errors across language versions, then check the connection between the theme, applications, cart scripts, and Shopify Markets. An important nuance here is that the cart and B2B cannot be fixed cosmetically, as it could accidentally break wholesale prices, catalogs, or discounts. It’s better to go through the error log, test orders, scenarios from search, product cards, and bundles.
Access to Shopify with the duplicate theme will be needed, a list of installed applications, examples of products with bundles and B2B, as well as analytics data on customer drop-off points. Questions include: are the cart errors already in Sentry, the browser console, or only in user behavior records? And the second point: is B2B implemented through standard Shopify Plus or via a separate application?

!!It is critical to first fix the reliability of the cart, and only then improve conversion!! Otherwise, CRO turns into a beautiful dashboard without an engine; yes, it sounds boring, but that’s how it is =)
