It is necessary to compile a large and up-to-date database of contacts of Ukrainian scientists, educators, researchers, doctoral candidates, and graduate students using only open sources. The result should be in Excel or CSV format and contain at least full name, email, place of work (university or research institution), position, and a link to the source from which the contact was obtained. It is essential to minimize duplicates and, if possible, verify the validity of email addresses. For data collection, official websites of universities and research institutions, faculty profiles, department pages, institutional repositories, journals on the OJS platform, ORCID, OpenAlex, Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Crossref, PDFs of scientific articles, as well as other open academic resources can be used. The use of automation (parsing, API, Python, etc.) is encouraged if it does not violate the rules of the respective services. The main goal is to gather the most complete database of contacts from open sources.

A person is needed (logistician, customs broker, or foreign economic activity specialist) who will take on an unconventional task in Poland: to find an active customs agency that agrees to open an export declaration (EX1) for a Ukrainian individual entrepreneur. Our situation (Input data): The goods are physically located in a warehouse in Warsaw and are already fully cleared in the EU (in free circulation, import taxes have been paid by the previous logistics operator). The commercial invoice is issued by a non-resident company (Hong Kong, without a European EORI). The buyer and the final owner of the goods is a Ukrainian individual entrepreneur. The previous supplier from Hong Kong will not provide an import declaration (SAD) and will not participate in the export clearance. We already have: a commercial invoice for our individual entrepreneur, MSDS and CE certificates for all models. What exactly needs to be done by the executor: Process Polish customs agencies/brokers (or use own contacts). Find an agency that agrees to conduct export clearance under the indirect representation procedure (przedstawicielstwo pośrednie), where our Ukrainian individual entrepreneur will act as the Exporter. Arrange for the issuance of a Polish EORI number for our individual entrepreneur (if necessary) and open EX1 with only the invoice, packing list, and European status of the goods (without an import declaration from the Chinese). Possible nuances Many brokers are afraid to work without the initial import document (SAD) from the supplier and refuse immediately. It is necessary to look for higher-level agencies or brokers with experience working with non-resident warehouses who are willing to take responsibility for indirect representation. Criteria for task completion: A successful agreement with a specific Polish customs agency that has confirmed in writing its readiness to take this case under the described conditions, stated the cost, and with which the clearance process can begin.

We specialize in obtaining grants for existing companies that plan investments. We came up with the idea of creating/connecting available AI models to search for companies that are planning or are already in the process of investing and to offer them grants for this purpose (we mainly deal with grants for the purchase of machinery and equipment). The AI would search available websites and registries to find investors. Then, it would also handle the automation of mailing to these companies and would filter out companies that: - fit into the lead categories (I think, 5-6 parameters); - replied to the email and are interested in the grant; Of course, additional suggestions are welcome; I am also considering Voice Calling and SMS sending. I would like to emphasize that I am not only interested in finding LARGE or very LARGE companies, but also smaller ones, for example, employing 8-50 people. And not just large cities, but also smaller towns. Sample target for testing: SUBCARPATHIAN For micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and large enterprises from the Subcarpathian Voivodeship that belong to the security and defense industry. An enterprise from the security and defense industry is understood as an enterprise that: develops or manufactures products, technologies, or systems intended for military applications, related to national security, critical infrastructure protection, or citizen safety or provides services supporting security and defense systems (e.g., in the field of cybersecurity) or conducts research and development in the area of military technologies and security systems and which achieves a significant share of revenue from the sale of products, technologies, systems, or services in the area of security and defense, i.e., above 5% of total net revenue (cumulatively over the last 3 closed accounting periods). Support available for companies that conduct business in an organized and continuous manner in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship for a period of no less than 24 months counting back from the date of the call for applications. We have proposals for websites to search. Ultimately, the program would prepare a daily summary of such investors for us. Can someone help us with this?
