You need to add recipes to an already completed book evenly for the following subchapters:

10. High-Protein Options to Curb Cravings

11. Low-Sugar Dessert Recipes That Don’t Spike Blood Sugar

12. Delicious Cookies, Cakes, and Treats That Fit into Your Diabetic Plan

13. Creative Salads with Diabetic-Friendly Dressings

14. Simple, Satisfying Meals for Busy Evenings

Write 9 recipes for each chapter. Each page should contain 3 recipes, as currently in the book. Make sure that the recipe does not overflow onto the next page, and keep all 3 on one page.

To preserve the format, you can use ctrl+c and ctrl+v, but do not break the format/structure of the template. In this task, you only need to create recipes; no introduction to the project is required.

Work description by points:

1. Study the niche I will provide using ChatGPT. Review the information from the copywriting course I will give you; it will help you. It contains the full process of writing the book.

2. Add recipes to the chapters listed above. Ensure they exactly match the diet and macro-nutrient ratios (BJU) specified in the auxiliary prompts I will provide. 

Also, remember that measurements should be in US and UK units (cups/grams, Fahrenheit/Celsius) so that ChatGPT writes in the same format as the current recipes.

Arrange so that 3 recipes fit on one page (for example, you can ask ChatGPT to shorten instructions for long recipes or replace a recipe with a similar one fitting the category (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.) and matching the diet of the book).

Recipes must comply with the ADA standards for Type 2 Diabetes Diet. Additionally, exclude Erythritol and Stevia. Instead, you can use Monk Fruit and Allulose.

Check that new recipes do not duplicate existing ones (compare content).

3. Generate a detailed plan for the video lesson (don't forget to update the content before doing this). When copying the table, to avoid reformatting the entire table, first export the table from ChatGPT in CSV format, then import it into Google Spreadsheets, copy the cells, and paste them into the old table in the file. This way, the table does not need to be recreated. The plan should take about 10 minutes of work. Also, ensure that the page numbers in the plan match the content pages after updating. If the document format was not broken somewhere, it should match.

4. Generate a shopping list based on the new plan (information available in the video lesson).

You do not need to study the niche and competitors from the copywriting course — we provide the niche immediately.

I will give access to the folder with the template of the finished book in Google Docs and auxiliary prompts after you respond. You will work there.

Our work cannot be reused in your external projects, nor can it be displayed in your portfolio for security reasons.
