We are looking for a responsible administrator for the technical support and development of our chatbot network based on SendPulse. Currently, there are about 40 bots operating in our infrastructure that require regular monitoring, updating, and uninterrupted operation. What needs to be done (Tasks): Ongoing administration: Monitoring the stable operation of ~40 existing chatbots. Technical support: Timely detection of malfunctions, prompt notification, and quick bug fixing. Updates: Making changes to logic, fine-tuning current scenarios, and updating responses. Development: Creating new bots from scratch as needed and integrating them into the overall system. Our expectations (Requirements): Confident use of the SendPulse platform (creating complex chains, variables, setting up triggers). Experience managing a large number of bots, ability to maintain order in the system and architecture. Quick response to incidents and a systematic approach to resolving them. Collaboration conditions: Format: Part-time. Payment: Fixed monthly rate (discussed individually based on communication results).
