Your Tasks:
Development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy (B2B and B2C)
Attracting new clients (including manufacturers and distributors from the EU and CIS countries)
Coordination of advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn — in collaboration with contractors)
SEO promotion and content marketing (possible collaboration with an agency)
Managing social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Supporting the sales department and creating presentation materials
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in logistics or transportation
Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24)
Ability to work with analytics (Google Analytics, UTM tags)
Skills in writing marketing texts (commercial offers, landing pages, presentations)
Experience in launching advertising in multiple languages (PL / UA or RU / EN)
Understanding of logistics processes will be an advantage
We are looking for a person who:
Is proactive and can think strategically
Can work independently (without a large team)
Easily establishes communication with the sales department, partners, and contractors
Required Languages:
Ukrainian or Russian — fluent (C1+)
Polish — at a good level (B1+)
English — preferred (from B1)
