The result should be in Excel or CSV format and contain at least full name, email, place of work (university or research institution), position, and a link to the source from which the contact was obtained. It is essential to minimize duplicates and, if possible, verify the validity of email addresses. For data collection, official websites of universities and research institutions, faculty profiles, department pages, institutional repositories, journals on the OJS platform, ORCID, OpenAlex, Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Crossref, PDFs of scientific articles, as well as other open academic resources can be used. The use of automation (parsing, API, Python, etc.) is encouraged if it does not violate the rules of the respective services. What exactly needs to be done by the executor: Process Polish customs agencies/brokers (or use own contacts). Find an agency that agrees to conduct export clearance under the indirect representation procedure (przedstawicielstwo pośrednie), where our Ukrainian individual entrepreneur will act as the Exporter. Arrange for the issuance of a Polish EORI number for our individual entrepreneur (if necessary) and open EX1 with only the invoice, packing list, and European status of the goods (without an import declaration from the Chinese). Possible nuances Many brokers are afraid to work without the initial import document (SAD) from the supplier and refuse immediately. It is necessary to look for higher-level agencies or brokers with experience working with non-resident warehouses who are willing to take responsibility for indirect representation. Criteria for task completion: A successful agreement with a specific Polish customs agency that has confirmed in writing its readiness to take this case under the described conditions, stated the cost, and with which the clearance process can begin.
