The goal of the project is to increase conversion to payment through systematic work with the existing database of potential clients and incoming inquiries.Scope of WorkMain tasks: processing the established client database that has already interacted with the company; re-communicating with clients who previously showed interest in the product but did not complete the purchase process; working with leads coming through the TG bot and other channels; supporting potential clients until they make a payment decision; handling objections; entering information and statuses into the CRM; regularly synchronizing results with the team.What contacts will be provided for work Within the project, the contractor will be provided with: a fresh, unprocessed database; warm and semi-warm leads; contacts of clients who are already familiar with the brand; leads obtained through the TG bot; clients who require additional communication before making a payment decision.
