Вы серьёзно считаете, что 3000грн за 5дней по 8 часов это нормальная заработная плата для опытного специалиста?
А полный рабочий месяц оплачивается в 12000грн?
Уважаемый заказчик, минимальная заработная плата Project менеджера с опытом хотя бы от 2х лет на сегодня составляет от 10$ в час. Пускай это будет немного меньше с учётом полной занятости. Но меньше 1000$ за месяц даже и пробовать никому не советую (причём с такой суммой это выходит в районе 5/6 $ в час - то есть вообще ни о чем, но однозначно лучше 12000грн).
Не обесценивайте работу других.
Почему вы самостоятельно в таком случае не занимаетесь подобного рода задачами?
Поставьте себя на место сотрудника и подумайте.
