Здравствуйте, уважаемые фрилансеры, в мой интернет магазин на Пром.юа нужны операторы колл-центра/менеджеры по продажам или просто продавцы
Ваша задача просто принимать звонки, сообщения, отвечать на вопросы покупателей, но не тупо, а по скрипту, чтоб повысить вероятность продажи, от этого будет зависеть ваша ЗП. После того, как у вас получилось продать, вы должны получить данные покупателя и передать их поставщику, чтобы он отправил. И после этого занести эти данные в таблицу. Каждый день будете сдавать отчет о заявках и продажах.
Тематика товаров: зимняя одежда и обувь, постельное белье, также могут быть и другие направления в небольшом количестве. Там прям супер экспертом в товаре быть не надо, этому можно научиться по ходу дела. Если будут вопросы, я отвечу.
