We are looking for a communicative and active client manager who will handle incoming and outgoing leads and support clients at all stages of cooperation.
Your main tasks:
• Call potential clients (leads) and establish first contact.
• Identify client needs and enter all information into the CRM system.
• Interact with the sales manager to prepare calculations and commercial proposals.
• Work with objections and help clients find optimal solutions.
• Control the entire deal process — from the first call to the successful completion of the order and thanking the client.
• Maintain long-term relationships and a high level of client satisfaction.
🔹 Requirements:
• Knowledge of Russian, Ukrainian, Polish (preferred), and English languages (spoken and written).
• Experience in sales, customer service, or logistics will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, politeness, articulate speech, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in CRM and with office tools (Google Sheets / Excel).
• Self-organization, responsibility, and result orientation.

Call 300 contacts and offer job vacancies, then refer them for an interview. The vacancies are in production, and we provide reservations. 500 UAH per person who reaches employment. It’s best if you are located in Lviv; I can provide a separate office.
