I am looking for an assistant for a fixed monthly payment who will handle editing, publishing short videos (Shorts, TikTok, Reels), and supporting streams.
Responsibilities:
Video editing (YouTube, Shorts, Reels, TikTok) – cutting, effects, sound work.
Editing and publishing shorts/tiktoks/reels – adapting content for each platform.
Adding subtitles and texts – for better viewer engagement.
Optimizing titles, descriptions, tags – understanding social media algorithms.
Creating highlight clips from streams – short clips for social media.
Working with trends, memes, and effects – to ensure content gets recommended.
Publishing and cross-posting – uploading videos to all platforms.
Moderating chats during streams (if necessary).
Requirements:
Experience in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar programs).
Knowledge of TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels algorithms.
Skills in working with subtitles, animation, effects.
Fast work – it is important to quickly create shorts and reels.
Creativity and a sense of style – to make videos look modern.
Proficient Russian + basic English – for formatting titles and subtitles.
Experience with streams is a plus, but not required.
