Job Description
We are looking for a talented and passionate Middle UX/UI Designer to join on one of our projects. As a key member of our design department, you will work closely with our creative team to design and deliver exceptional UI/UX solutions across a wide range of digital platforms. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our projects, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our clients' objectives.
What You’ll Do
As a Middle UX/UI Designer, you’ll be part of a friendly and creative team that turns client needs into awesome, user-friendly designs. From brainstorming with the team to finalizing polished products, you’ll be right in the middle of all the action!
Your Day-to-Day
- Team up with the project crew to take client ideas and turn them into innovative design solutions.
- Design components, build UI Kits, and work with styles and variables in Figma to create smooth, cohesive systems.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and beautiful high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile projects.
- Keep improving your designs based on real user feedback and the latest best practices in the industry.
- Present and explain your design choices clearly, and always have fun pushing your creative limits!
- Stay in the loop on the latest trends in UI/UX and bring fresh ideas to the table.
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design (bonus points if it’s in a digital agency).
- A portfolio that shows off your design chops and understanding of user needs.
- Expert-level knowledge of Figma, including components, design systems, and style variables.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Great communication skills — you can clearly explain your design decisions and work well with clients.
